At a relatively young age I started my career as a Tax Consultant at one of the four major international accounting firms, where I completed my studies in Management, Economics & Law in the evenings.
I then started entrepreneurship in 2006 and founded several companies in different industries. Ultimately, I chose the industry that gives me the most energy: real estate. This passion started when, as a private investor, I increasingly came into contact with real estate, both in commercial and residential real estate. Based on this, I became curious about real estate abroad and that is how Sherlyn Homes was created. I enjoy my work because I can contribute from the Netherlands to the happy search for a dream home under the Spanish sun.

During my law studies in Amsterdam, I made my first trip to Malaga. Captivated by the Spanish atmosphere and the wonderful climate, I decided to travel more often to Malaga and the more southern places in Spain. Shortly afterwards I started in the international tax department of PwC and I was able to gain a lot of knowledge about international tax rules and the consequences for personal tax positions when emigrating to other countries or purchasing a home abroad. When I started doing business a few years ago, I came into contact with new construction projects in the region through my contacts in southern Spain. I have already been able to assist many people in the purchase of their new-build homes in southern Spain and I hope to do many more.

After completing my Marketing studies in Germany, I worked for large international companies for quite some time. Full of ideas and looking for more flexibility, I started my business in 2013. As an Interim Manager, I came into contact with the supervision of various real estate projects in Spain, among others. In 2019 I decided to follow my dream and move to Spain myself, where I then came into even more intensive contact with the Spanish real estate market. Due to my own search for a home in Spain, I started in 2021 to help customers with honest, unfiltered and reliable advice in finding their own home or an attractive investment property. I have now managed to build a large and reliable network, which I am happy to use for you.
